If you encounter this problem, try deleting the app and reinstalling it through the App Store:
- Find the app on your iPad device and hold your finger on the icon. There will be an ‘X’ that appears in the top left corner of the app icon.
- Select the ‘X’ and click ‘Delete’.
- Visit the App Store.
- Type ‘Antle Discovers His Voice’ into the search field.
- Select ‘GET’ or 'DOWNLOAD'.
- The assessment app will download and be ready for use.
